Bad Coffee, Twice.

I work in downtown New Orleans, where its each man on his own and the cost of lunch averages $12. I will not go further in saying that for the average worker, spending $12 on lunch a day is quite prohibitive. On the days I do not spend on lunch I like to get a cup of coffee at least, if that. Today I decided to drink coffee in the office, which I hate to say tastes like old bath water drenched in coffee beans. Gross. So since I ate lunch in, I decided to go get an Iced Coffee to appease my early morning coffee debacle. Gross Again. I decide to walk along Canal Street which is about 4 blocks from my office and I run into a PJs Coffee(Local NOLA joint) I had never seen before. It's getting pretty hot so I decided for something iced. I went with the Large Non-Fat Iced Latte for freaking $4.31 to be exact. If the coffee in the morning was horrible, then this was like drinking the left over mud water left over from Mardi Gras. Moral of this senseless story: Stick with what you know because venturing out in the land of caffeine may warrant you with bad coffee, twice.
